SUMMARY:ITH: What’s Next – How to Prepare for Winter & Spring
DESCRIPTION:So you’ve been keeping bees for a while. That can mean 6 months to a year or two or more. Things are going OK\, but you still have a few questions. How do I prepare my hive(s) for winter & spring? Why do they suggest wrapping\, feeding\, medicating\, and more! Are you ready and what will you do with the left over frames? The queen will really start laying in January? Yes! We will discuss all of this and any questions you may have. Please bring any equipment or frames you may have questions about. Weather permitting\, we will go into the hives.so please bring a chair as we will probably be outside. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Cost $45/person\, and you will go home with a small jar of honey.
